    1. Amaretti

    2. 4 eggs

    3. 2 cups sugar

    4. 1 small bottle almond extract

    5. 2 to 3 tbsp cocoa

    6. 6 cups ground almonds

    7. Beat eggs, add sugar and almond extract. Mix well and add cocoa

    8. and almonds.

    9. Combine and drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment.

    10. 8 - 10 mins.

    11. Make a thin mixture with icing sugar and water, roll warm cookies

    12. in it and allow to set.
