  1. Ingredients2poundSalmon Steaks 1 Salt, to taste 1 Pepper, to taste 1tablespoonbutter 1cupSour cream 1/2teaspoonDill Directions:Melt 1 tbsp. butter in skillet at 250 degrees. Cooksalmon 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Turn twice,salt and pepper to taste. When salmon is done removeto hot platter. Put sourcream and dill in skillet andturn heat off. Sour cream should be warm after a fewminutes. Pour over salmon and serve with newpotatoes, green beans and fruit salad.
