  1. 2 table spoons of butter or marg, milk , cheese

  2. 2 cups (your choice of cheese),plain flour

  3. 3 table spoons(sauce needs to be thick)

  4. Bacon:1 packet bacon chopped

  5. Packet frozen spinach: water drained out

  6. 1 1/2 cups plain flour ,

  7. 1 1/2 pint milk ,

  8. 2 eggs beaten

  1. Make pancake batter: mix flour and eggs together,then slowly add milk,mix until smooth and lump free.

  2. chop and fry bacon.

  3. defrost spinach and squash the water out of it.

  4. make the cheese sauce: melt butter,stir in the flour until smooth,add milk slowly,mixing all the time,add the cheese stir until melted.

  5. make pancake to the size you want,layer with cheese sauce,bacon and scatter spinach over it.make another pancake and continue layering mixtures and pancakes until you have the size you want ,they need to be served hot.
