  1. 2 T Butter or bacon fat

  2. 3/4 c Rice

  3. 1/2 c Chopped green pepper

  4. 1/2 c Chopped onion

  5. 1 Garlic clove

  6. 1 cn VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables

  7. -(16 oz) 1 cn Stewed tomatoes (16 oz)

  8. 1 cn Chicken broth (12 oz)

  9. 1 cn Tuna, flaked (12 1/2 oz)

  10. 1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese

  11. 1. Heat fat in skillet. Add rice, green pepper, onion and garlic; cook 5

  12. minutes. 2. Drain VEG-ALL.

  13. 3. Combine rice with stewed tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to boil,

  14. 25 minutes.

  15. 4. Stir in tuna and vegetables; sprinkle cheese over top. Heatt until

  16. cheese is melted.
