  4. 1/3 cup dried cranberries or raisins , chopped

  1. How to make it Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, carrot, sugar, cranberries or raisins, oil, and eggs. Stir untilwell blended. Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Mix until blended. Pour the batter into prepared panand spread evenly. Sprinklewith pumpkin seeds or walnuts. Bake and then cool completely.
