  1. 3 cups 711ml Fresh or frozen peaches - thawed if frozen

  2. 1 cup 237ml Fresh or frozen raspberries - thawed if frozen

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Lemon juice

  4. 1 cup 237ml Peach nectar

  5. 1 cup 237ml Plain yogurt - (8 oz)

  6. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Sugar -

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Almond extract

  1. Recipe Instructions Place raspberries in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Strain and discard seeds. Cover and refrigerate puree. Place peaches and lemon juice in the blender; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl; stir in nectar, yogurt, sugar if needed (if fruit is tart) and extract. Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Garnish by drizzling one tablespoon raspberry puree in a design on top of each serving. This recipe yields 4 servings.
