  1. 1 1/4 lbs beef (thinly sliced, less than 1/8-inch)

  2. 1 medium onion

  3. 5 tablespoons soy sauce

  4. 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar

  5. 4 tablespoons chopped green onions

  6. 2 tablespoons minced garlic

  7. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  8. 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  10. 1 kiwi fruit , minced

  1. Slice onion.

  2. Mix all sauce ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Put beef, onion and mix well.

  4. Let stand 1-2 hours in refrigerator to marinate.

  5. Adjust sweetness and saltiness with more or less sugar and soy sauce.

  6. The best taste is achieved when it is grilled on a charcoal.

  7. You can also cook it on frying pan or broiler.
