Clean carrots Slice carrots into circles In a saucepan, boil 1/2 cup of water Add Carrots Cook Carrots until very, very soft Remove from heat and drain carrots Add Butter and Nutmeg Use a mixer or food processor to puree the carrots This recipe also works for toddlers who want finger food Just don't puree. Freeze portions in ice cube trays and store in baggies
