  5. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Provolone - cubed

  6. 1 Black olives

  7. 3 Plum tomatoes - diced

  8. 3 Celery stalks - diced

  9. 1 Carrot - grated

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and let cool in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Serve cold or at room temperature.
