  1. 3/4 c AM Amaranth Flour

  2. 3/4 c AM Unbleached White Flour

  3. 1 1/2 ts Non-alum baking powder

  4. 1/4 c Ground sesame seeds

  5. --(use blender or grinder) 1/4 c AM Sesame Seeds

  6. 1/4 ts Sea salt

  7. 1 Egg; beaten or egg replacer

  8. -- 1/2 c AM Unrefined Sesame Oil

  9. 1/2 c AM Sesame Tahini

  10. 3 tb Honey or maple syrup

  11. 1/4 c Milk, soymilk or water

  12. 1 ts Lemon extract

  13. 1 ts Vanilla

  14. 9" x

  15. 13" cake pan. Bake at
