  1. 8 oz. Wide Egg Noodle s, uncooked

  2. 2 cloves garlic , minced

  3. 1/4 cup olive oil

  4. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  5. 1/2 tsp. salt

  6. 1/4 cup grated Paresan cheese

  1. Cook noodles according to package. Saute garlic in oil until garlic is jus begining to brown. Remove from heat. Toss noodles with garlic, oil, parsley and salt. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
