  1. 1 Cream cheese - soften (8 ozs)

  2. 8 oz 227g Pasteurized process Cheddar cheese with Jalapeno pepper - cubed

  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Beer

  4. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Black beans - drained/rinsed

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Sliced scallions

  6. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Chopped tomatoes Chips or tortilla crisps

  1. Recipe Instructions In medium saucepan, over low heat, cook cream cheese, pasteurized cheese and beer, until melted and smooth. Stir in beans, scallions and tomatoes; heat through. Serve warm or cold as a dip with pretzel chips or tortilla crisps. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
