  1. 4 Pork chops - boneless or bone-in

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Orange juice

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  4. 2 Garlic cloves - crushed

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Ground cumin

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Coarsely ground black pepper

  1. Place chops in a large self-sealing plastic bag; combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chops.

  2. Seal bag and refrigerate for 4-24 hours.

  3. Remove chops from marinade (discarding marinade).

  4. Grill over medium-hot coals for a total of 12-15 minutes, turning to brown evenly.

  5. Serve chops immediately.
