  6. 2 tb Roasted garlic, mashed*

  7. 1 c Plus

  8. 2 tb Water

  9. 1 tb Olive or vegetable oil

  10. 3 c Bread flour

  11. 2 tb Sugar

  12. 1 ts Salt

  13. 1 1/4 ts Yeast

  14. Place all ingredients except mashed roasted garlic in bread machine in

  15. order of manufacturer's instructions. Select basic white cycle, medium or light crust. At raisin/nut signal add roasted garlic. Do not use delay

  16. cycle.

  17. *Roasted Garlic: heat oven to 350F. Carefully peel away paperlike skin

  18. from around garlic bulbs, leaving just enough to hold bulb intact. Trim

  19. tops of garlic bulbs about 1/2 inch to expose cloves. Place bulbs, stem

  20. 12-inch square of aluminum foil. Drizzle each bulb with

  21. teaspoons olive or vegetable oil. Wrap securely in foil; place in pie

  22. 45 to 50 minutes or until garlic is

  23. tender when pierced with toothpick or fork. Cool slightly. Gently

  24. squeeze garlic out of cloves.

  25. 1-ounce bulb of garlic roasted equals about 1 tablespoon of mashed

  26. garlic. --
