  7. 1 cup Sour Cream

  8. 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

  9. 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  10. 2 teaspoons Salt

  11. 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper

  12. 1 cup Sliced Scallions

  13. 1 1/2 cups Coarsely Chopped Celery

  14. 1 cup Sliced Radishes
