  8. 1 lb Linguini -- cook as

  9. Directed

  10. 1/2 c Heavy Cream -- or half and Half 2 tb Butter Or Margarine

  11. Salt And Pepper -- to taste

  12. Zucchini

  13. Cauliflower

  14. Parmesan (Optional)

  15. 2 sm Zucchini Squash -- thinly

  16. Sliced 1/2 lg Head Cauliflower-broken in

  17. -flowerets

  18. 2 tb Chicken Broth -- or water

  19. 1/2 ts Salt

  20. 1/4 ts Pepper

  21. 1/4 c Grated Parmesan Cheese -- or To taste Drain linguini well and return to cooking pan. Add

  22. cream and butter and stir until melted and hot. Season

  23. with salt and pepper. If desired, add

  24. zucchini-cauliflower parmesan to mix. An extra measure

  25. of cream and/or Parmesan is delicious here.

  26. Zucchini-Cauliflower Parmesan:

  27. Place zucchini slices and cauliflower in a 2 quart

  28. casserole. Add chicken broth, salt and pepper. Cover

  29. and microwave at high 8 minutes or until desired

  30. tenderness, stirring once. Sprinkle with parmesan and toss to mix. Add a little more cheese and/or cream if
