  1. 1 packet Cream cheese - (3 oz) - softened

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Whipped topping

  3. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Pancake mix

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  5. 1 Egg

  6. 3/4 cup 177ml Milk

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Vegetable oil

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ripe banana - mashed (medium)

  9. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped pecans

  1. Recipe Instructions In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in whipped topping (mixture will be stiff); set aside. In another bowl, combine pancake mix and sugar. Beat egg, milk and oil; add to pancake mix and mix well. Fold in banana and pecans. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook until second side is golden brown. Serve with cream cheese topping.
