  1. 1/8 cup of lemon or lime juice

  2. 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro cut so that pieces are about 1/3 of an inch in length

  3. 1/2 tablespoon of salt

  4. 1 finely chopped Serrano chili pepper (May need more or less. Some pepper are spicier than others.)

  5. 1/2 cup of chopped onions (green onions preferred)

  6. 2 cups of finely chopped tomatoes (about 2 large roman tomatoes)
