  1. 15 oz box Raisin Bran cereal

  2. 3 cups sugar

  3. 5 cups flour

  4. 5 teaspoons baking soda

  5. 2 teaspoons salt

  6. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  7. 4 eggs beaten

  8. 1 quart buttermilk

  9. 1 cup Crisco oil

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F Have muffin tins ready with liners sprayed with nonstick spray Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Fill greased tins 2/3 full and bake for 10 - 15 minutes Store in covered container in refrigerator .

  3. Mix will keep for six weeks!

  4. Enjoy these with a little butter spread or some honey **

  5. Turn your melodrama into a mellow-drama **
