  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Red potatoes

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Mayonnaise

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Whole-grain mustard

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Prepared horseradish

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Pickle juice

  6. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion (medium)

  7. 2 Half sour pickles Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Quarter the potatoes and boil until just cooked. Drain and rinse. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, and pickle juice. Transfer still warm potatoes to mixing bowl and blend in dressing. Chop pickles and onions to 1/4-inch dice and add. Season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled. This recipe yields ?? servings.
