  1. 1 Mix & eat cream of wheat - or 3 tablespoons 45ml Quick-cooking cream of wheat

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Black pepper

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Seasoned salt

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Onion powder

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Garlic salt

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Sugar

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dehydrated celery leaves

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dry oregano

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry minced onion

  10. Sauce

  11. 1 Tomato paste - (6 ounces)

  12. 12 oz 340g Water

  13. 2 tablespoons 30ml Herb mix

  14. 2 tablespoons 30ml Margarine

  1. Mix all but minced onions in a blender on high about 2 minutes. Then add onion and blend just a few seconds. Store at room temperature to use in 3 months. TO USE MIX-Combine tomato paste, herb mix and butter. Heat on medium heat, stirring constantly until piping hot. Good for 8 oz of pasta.
