  1. Select bunches of firm, ripe grapes.

  2. Wash.

  3. Do not remove stems.

  4. Pack in sterilized jars.

  5. Care must be used to avoid crushing the grapes.

  6. Make a sirup, using 3 cups sugar to 2 cups vinegar.

  7. Boil mixture 5 minutes.

  8. Pour hot sirup over grapes.

  9. Seal.

  10. These grapes, if stored in a dark place, will retain their color.

  11. They may be used for garnishing.
