  1. 600g/1lb

  2. baby potatoes, washed and halved

  3. 1 Tbsp olive oil

  4. 1 soy Vienna sausages, sliced

  5. 1 small red onion, sliced

  6. 10 cherry tomatoes, halved

  7. 1 green pepper, deseeded and diced

  8. 15 black olives, deseeded and halved

  9. salt and black pepper

  10. For the Dressing:

  11. 2 Tbsp whale-grain mustard

  12. 6 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  13. 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

  14. 2 tsp honey

  15. Serves 4

  1. Method :

  2. Put the water and potatoes in a pan, bring to a boil, and cook for about 10 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a skillet, and sauté thewieners for 4 to 5 minutes. Rinse and soak the sliced onion in water until you are ready to use it.

  4. Put the potato, wiener, onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, and olives in a bowl and generously sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  5. In a jar, mix the mustard, oil, vinegar, and honey. Pour the dressing into the bowl and mix well with the other ingredients. Serve.
