  1. 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)

  2. 1 cup water

  3. 1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa

  4. 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice

  5. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  6. 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed

  7. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  8. 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

  1. Directions Stir the soup, water, salsa, rice, onion powder and corn in a 12 x 8-inch shallow baking dish. Top with the chicken. Season the chicken as desired. Cover the dish. Bake at 375°F. for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are done. Top with the cheese.
