    1. 2 1/2 pounds Ground round (or 3 lbs.)

    2. 2 packages Onion soup mix

    3. 3 large Eggs

    4. 1 Can evaporated milk -- (5 ounces)

    5. 1/2 cup Quick Cook Dry Cream Wheat

    6. 12 ounces V-

    7. 8 juice

    8. 1/4 cup Ketchup

    1. Mix all but one can of V-8 together. Sape into loaf. bake 350 in Pam sprayed loaf pan 1 hour. Half way through baking smear loaf with ketchup. When loaf is cooked and drained, pierce top with fork and pour second can of V-8 over top allowing to run down and around meat. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. The Copycat Cookbook pg46.
