  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  3. 1 cup 237ml Bok choy

  4. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Bean sprouts

  5. 1 cup 237ml Snow peas

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cornstarch

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Chicken bouillon powder

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Sugar

  9. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat oil in wok or fry pan. Add salt, bok choy, bean sprouts and snow peas Stir fry 5-7 min. Mix cornstarch, bouillon powder and sugar together well and add to vegetables. Stir fry until glazed and thickened.
