  1. 4 oz. cream cheese, softened

  2. 1 c. confectioners' sugar

  3. 1/3 c. creamy peanut butter

  4. 1/2 c. lowfat milk

  5. 9 oz. Cool Whip

  6. 2 (9-inch) baked or graham cracker crusts

  7. 1/2 c. finely chopped salted peanuts

  1. Whip cheese until fluffy; beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly into mixture. Fold in Cool Whip, pour into crusts. Sprinkle top of pies with nuts. Freeze. This makes 2 pies.
