  1. 1 package MorningStar Farms Asian Veggie Patties

  2. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  3. 2 teaspoon olive oil

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  5. 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

  8. 2 cups shredded carrots

  9. 1 cup watercress

  10. 4 whole wheat or multi-grain pita bread rounds, halved

  1. Cook Morningstar Farms Asian Veggie patties according to package directions. Cut each patty in half. Keep warm.

  2. Meanwhile, in small bowl whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add carrots. Toss until coated.

  3. Place one veggie patty half, some of the carrot mixture and some of the watercress into each pita half. Serve immediately.
