  4. 1 cup Bechamel sauce minced parsley

  1. Preheat oven to 3 50° F. In a ½-quart bowl, beat the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper until well combined. Butter 6 ramekins. Pour the egg mixture into the ramekins and bake in a water bath until set, about 20 minutes. Unmold onto the toast slices, coat with Bechamel, and sprinkle with parsley.
