  1. 1 1/2 c Bisquick Reduced Fat baking

  2. Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)

  3. 1/2 c Shredded reduced-fat

  4. 3/4 c Salsa

  5. 1 cn (16 oz.) Refried beans

  6. 1/2 c Skim milk

  7. Taco seasoning mix

  8. 1 Envelope (about 1 1/4 oz.)

  9. 1/4 c Cornmeal

  10. Mix 1/4 c Chopped green onions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.

  2. Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.

  3. Mix baking mix, cornmeal, 3 tablespoons of the taco seasoning mix and the milk until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 strokes.

  4. Pat dough in pan.

  5. Bake 10 minutes.

  6. Mix remaining taco spread over crust.

  7. Spread salsa over bean mixture; sprinkle with cheese.

  8. Bake 8-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted; sprinkle with onions.

  9. Cool 5 minutes.

  10. Cut into 2-inch squares.

  11. Cut each square diagonally in half to form triangle.
