  1. 1 bacon

  2. 2 cups chopped fully cooked ham

  3. 1 small onion, chopped

  4. 10 slices white bread, cubed

  5. 1 cup cubed cooked potatoes

  6. 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  7. 8 eggs (egg beaters can be used here also)

  8. 3 cups milk

  9. 1 TBSP. Worchestershire Sauce

  10. 1 tsp. dry mustard

  11. Pinch salt and pepper, to taste

  12. 9x13x2" baking dish, layer half the bread cubes, potatoes and cheese. Top with the bacon mixture. Repeat layers of bread, potatoes and cheese. In a bowl, beat the eggs; add milk, worchestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over all. Cover and chill overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
