  1. 2 Quarts Freshly popped popcorn ,(unsalted)

  2. 1 (6-1/4 oz.) Can cashew nuts

  3. 1 (5 oz.) Can chow mein noodles

  4. 1/4 Cup butter ,melted

  5. 1-1/2 Tablespoons soy sauce

  6. 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  1. Combine popcorn,nuts, and noodles.

  2. Combine butter,soy sauce,and ginger,stirring well.

  3. Pour over popcorn mixture.

  4. Toss well.

  5. Pour onto a jellyroll pan.

  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 5 to 10 minutes.
