  1. 1 LB. broccoli AND cauliflower , CHOPPED, FRESH OR FROZEN

  2. 1 CARTON chicken OR vegetable broth

  3. 1 CAN diced tomatoes WITH GREEN CHILES

  4. 1 TBSP. MINCED onion

  5. 1 TBSP. MINCED garlic

  6. 4 OZ. cream cheese ,CUBED

  7. 2 OZ. Velveeta cheese

  8. salt & pepper TO TASTE

  9. hot sauce (OPTIONAL)

  1. PLACE VEGGIES, TOMATOES, BROTH, ONION AND GARLIC IN A LARGE POT. BRING TO A BOIL AND REDUCE TO SIMMER FOR 30-40 MINUTES UNTIL VEGGIES ARE VERY TENDER.

  2. MASH VEGGIES UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY. ADD CHEESES AND STIR UNTIL MELTED.

  3. ADD SALT, PEPPER, AND HOT SAUCE TO YOUR TASTE!

  4. IF YOU LIKE YOURS A ‘LIL THICKER, ADD 1-2 TBSP. FLOUR, CORNSTARCH OR MESA FLOUR WITH WATER UNTIL A LIQUID AND SLOWLY STIR IN SOUP UNTIL THICKENED*
