  1. 1 lb Carrots; peeled sliced

  2. 1/2"

  3. -coins

  4. 1/3c Orange juice;

  5. 2 tb Honey;

  6. 1 ts Butter

  7. - OR -

  8. 1 ts Margarine;

  9. 1/2ts Dried tarragon;

  10. 1/4ts Salt;

  11. ds Pepper

  1. + Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 microwave-safe carssole.

  2. Cover and microwave on high 9 to 12 minutes, or until carrots are tender, stirring every 4 minutes.

  3. Let stand covered, 3 minutes before serving.
