  1. 1 ounce elbow macaroni -- uncooked

  2. 1 15 ounce can hormel no beans chili

  3. 1/4 cup tomato juice

  4. 1 4 ounce can diced green chilies

  5. 1/4 cup sliced green onion

  6. 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded, divided

  7. 2 cups tortilla chips -- divided

  8. 1/2 cup sour cream

  9. 1 medium tomato -- chopped

  10. 1 tablespoon cilantro

  1. Preparation : Cook macaroni, drain. In medium saucepan heat chili, tomato juice, green chilies, and green onions. Combine macaroni, chili mixture and 1/2 cup cheese. Crush 1 cup torilla chips and spread on bottom of a 3 qt. baking dish. Spoon macaroni mixture over chips, top with remaining tortilla chips and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Garnish with sour cream, tomato and cilantro
