  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Brown sugar

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Honey

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Unbleached white flour

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cinnamon

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Shredded low-fat cheddar cheese

  7. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Unbleached white flour

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Low-calorie margarine

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cinnamon

  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Nutmeg Water - as needed

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the apples with the brown sugar, honey, 1 tablespoon flour, and cinnamon. Toss well. Divide the apple mixture among 6 custard cups. Sprinkle each tart with some cheese. Combine 1/2 cup flour, sugar, margarine, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle evenly over the tarts. Sprinkle with a little water to moisten. Bake until the apples are cooked and the topping is browned, about 20 minutes.
