  1. 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms sliced thick

  2. 4 TBLS of butter or margarine

  3. 2 cloves fresh garlic chopped or 1/4-1/2 teasp garlic powder

  4. 1/2 teaspoon of oregano

  5. 1 TBLS Tamari Soy Sauce of Low Salt Soy Sauce

  6. 1/2 TBLS cooking Sherry

  1. Ssute mushrooms in garlic & butter till soft. Add remaining ingredients. Stir 1 minute. Cover and allow to steam 3 minutes off heat. Yield: serves 3 Notes: Serve over steak.
