  1. 2 1/4 cups boiled noodles

  2. a few spring onion greens

  3. 1/2 cup chilli-garlic sauce

  4. 1 tbsp chilli oil

  5. 2 tbsp refined oil

  1. Heat the refined oil thoroughly.

  2. Add the spring onion leaves, noodles and garlic sauce and cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.

  3. Pour the chilli oil on top and toss.

  4. Serve hot.
