  1. 1/2 piece of seaweed (it comes in dried form and round shaped)

  2. 150 grammes minced pork

  3. 2 cloves garlic (minced and chopped into the minced pork evenly)

  4. 300 ml hot water

  5. 1 tablespoon cooking oil (peanut or palm)

  6. spring onions (chopped)

  7. Seasoning

  8. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  9. Salt to taste

  10. a few dashes of white pepper powder

  1. Soak seaweed in a bowl of water to soften it. Rinse seaweed of impurities eg. sand. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in wok and stir fry the minced pork until pork becomes cooked. Add water followed by seaweed. Bring to boil and add seasoning. Allow sauce to reduce and sprinkle spring onions evenly prior to serving.

  3. Can be served with steamed white rice or plain rice porridge.
