  1. 3/4 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

  2. 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar

  3. 1 baked

  4. 9 pie shell

  5. 1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding

  6. 8 oz. or more whipped cream

  1. Mix together the peanut butter and confectioners’ sugar, reserving 1/2 cup for topping. Spread remainder into bottom and sides of baked pie shell.

  2. Prepare pudding according to package directions and spread over peanut butter and sugar mixture. Chill until firm. Garnish with whipped cream and reserved peanut butter-sugar mixture. Serves 6.
