  1. 3 pounds of chicken , cut up ( I prefer boneless chicken breast )

  2. 1/2 cup butter or margarine ( melted)

  3. 1/2 cup honey

  4. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  5. 1/2 tsp salt

  6. 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place chicken pieces in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.

  3. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread over chicken.

  5. Bake 1 hour, basting chicken with pan juices every 15 minutes until the chicken is tender and golden brown.
