  1. 1/2 pound fish fillets -- (any kind)

  2. 1 stick butter

  3. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  4. 1/8 teaspoon curry powder

  5. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  6. 1 clove garlic -- minced

  7. 1/8 teaspoon Mrs. Dash

  8. 1/2 teaspoon chicken bullion

  9. 2 tablespoons water

  1. Preparation : Put fillets in microwave safe baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, assorted spices, and bullion. Place butter on top of fillets, so it will melt over them. Add a little water, cover with plastic wrap and punch with holes. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until fish will flake with a fork.
