  1. 1 medium onion diced

  2. 1 medium green bell pepper cut into thin strips

  3. 1/2 can diced tomato es

  4. 1 tsp cayenne pepper

  5. 1 tsp garlic powder

  6. 1 tsp oregeno

  7. 6 oz of cooked beef strips or diced turkey

  8. 5 egg s

  9. 3 oz provolone cheese

  1. Saute bell peppers on medium high heat for approximately 3 minutes and add onions. Continue sauteing for another 3 minutes.

  2. Add tomatoes and then spices, turn heat to medium low and let simmer for 2 minutes.

  3. Push ingredients to one side of pan and add eggs to the other side. Add meat. Let cook for nor more than 1 minute and then scramble ingredients together. Add cheese if desired and cook until eggs are to your liking.
