  1. Korean-style BBQ Tofu

  2. 1/2 cup soy sauce

  3. 1/4 cup rice vinegar

  4. 1 T gochujang (Korean pepper paste)

  5. 2 teas sugar

  6. 2 cloves mashed garlic or more to taste

  7. Combine all ingredients. Heat to a boil, and pour over slices of

  8. pressed firm tofu and marinate overnight. Cook with sesame oil over

  9. outdoor grill, or indoors with a strong fan.
