  2. RHUBARB/STRAWBERRY PIE

  6. 3 c Sliced fresh rhubarb (1/4 Pieces)

  7. 3 c Sliced fresh strawberries

  8. 1/2 c (1/2-3/4 cup) sugar

  9. 1 1/2 tb Instant tapioca

  10. 1/3 c Fresh orange juice

  11. 1 1/2 tb Orange marmalade

  12. 1/4 ts Grated orange peel

  13. Pastry for double crust 9 Pie

  14. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients;

  15. let stand for 15 minutes to soften tapioca. Place

  16. bottom pastry in a deep dish 9 pie pan.

  17. Add filling. Top with a lattice crust. Bake at 400F

  18. 20 minutes. Reduce heat to

  19. 375F; bake

  20. 30 minutes
