  1. 591.47 ml crumbled low-fat cinnamon graham crackers

  2. 59.14 ml applesauce

  3. 1 egg white

  4. 226.79 g fat free cream cheese , room temperature

  5. 226.79 g neufchatel cheese, room temperature

  6. 4 egg whites

  7. 177.44 ml sugar , divided

  8. 236 1/29 ml fat-free cottage cheese

  9. 44 1/37 ml powdered milk

  10. 236 1/29 ml fat free sour cream

  11. 4.92 ml vanilla

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Whip applesauce and egg together and mix in graham cracker crumbs until uniform and all crumbs are wet.

  3. Press into the bottom of a spring form pan and up the sides an inch or so. Set aside.

  4. Mix cream cheeses in a large bowl with an electric mixer until soft and workable.

  5. Add egg whites, 1/2 C sugar and vanilla and mix with electric mixer until smooth.

  6. Blend cottage cheese and dry milk in blender until smooth then add to cream cheese mixture, slowly mixing to avoid lumping.

  7. Pour batter into prepared crust, and bake for 45 minutes.

  8. Mix sour cream and 1/4 C sugar and spread this evenly over the baked cheese cake.

  9. Bake for 15 more minutes.

  10. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  11. Top with fruit pie filling if desired.
