  1. 1 ea Diced green pepper

  2. 4 ea Diced tomatoes

  3. 1 ea Diced onion

  4. 3 ea Minced garlic cloves

  5. 3 c Water

  6. 1/4c Wine

  7. 3 ts Lemon juice

  8. 1 ea Diced fine scallion

  1. + Directions : Puree all ingredients, except scallion, in blender. Add a little more water if too spicy. Strain, discarding any vegetable pieces that did not puree fully. Chill overnight. Serve in chilled glasses or bowls with diced scallion floating on top.
