  1. 1 packet

  2. 2 minute noodles

  3. 1 tablespoon groundnut oil

  4. 1 red pepper, sliced

  5. 1 red onion, cut into eights

  6. 10 green beans, cut into chunks

  7. 60ml water

  8. 200g thinly sliced pork fillet

  9. 2 to 3 tablespoons satay sauce*

  10. 1 good splash soy sauce

  11. basil leaves, to garnish

  1. Break the noodle packet into quarters and microwave or boil according to packet instructions.

  2. Meanwhile, heat a wok and add the oil. Add the vegetables and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add splashes of water as you go to help prevent sticking and also to add a little steam. Add the pork and continue to stir fry until pork is cooked.

  3. Drain the noodles. Add the satay sauce to the stir fry and fry for a couple of minutes until combined and heated through. Add the noodles and mix well for another couple of minutes.

  4. Serve with a good splash of soy sauce on top and garnish with basil leaves.
