  1. 14 graham crakcers

  2. 1/2 C melted butter

  3. 1/2 C sugar Filling and toppings

  4. 3 (8oz) packages of cream cheese, softened

  5. 2 egg s

  6. 1/4 C sugar

  7. 1 t vanilla

  8. 3 C miniature marshmallow s

  9. 1 C (6 oz) milk chocolate morsels

  10. 4 broken graham crakers, coarsely broken

  1. Preheat 350 For crust finely chop crackers and mix with butter and sugar in a small bowl. Mix well. Press crumb mixture onto bottom of stoneware bar pan. Bake 10 minutes. For filling, combine cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix until smooth. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Bake 12-18 minutes or until center is almost set. Remove to cooling rack. Immediately top with marshmallows, chocolate chips and graham crackers. Cool to room temperature. For easier cutting, refridgerate 15 minutes, cut into bars. Store covered in fridge.
