  1. Chicken Curry Filling

  2. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Cooked chicken - finely chopped

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped green onions

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped celery

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped raisins

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Mayonnaise - (up to 3/4 cup), to taste

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Honey

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Curry powder - (up to 2), to taste

  9. Salt and pepper - to taste

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Shredded coconut

  11. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped toasted almonds

  1. For the shells, use a cream puff recipe--or frozen, prepared shells--for these savories. Note: Prep times assume you have cooked chicken and prepared shells on hand.

  2. Mix all ingredients together. Cut the tops off cream puffs and fill with approximately 2 tablespoons of filling per puff.
